The Screen shows “No Signal “
This issue arises when the TYPE-C port of your laptop lacks full features, specifically the capability to transfer video signals and power simultaneously. Using H5 Cable will solve the problem.
Is my laptop USB-C Full-Featured?

Using HDMI Cable you need to power the screen with source of power, either with a USB cable to your laptop or to a wall charger.
Best Buy purchased, technical support was satisfactory and helpful.
Points to improve:
1- Shipping was slow: 5 days to Vancouver
2- Portable monitor used 2 cable to connect, to carry around its too much cable for me. Never mind the plugs and etc.

Now a pic for my earlier review
Thanks to Amir, I was able to complete the set-up for my new office today! As you can see, I had a big monitor mounted to the wall next to my 24 inch hp monitor. I like the four screens better than two big ones. I teach online courses and am involved with course development and other writing. The different monitors allow me to have various tasks easily accessible and viewable on each monitor. In the current set-up, all screens (with the exception of the iPad's) are controlled from the white Bluetooth keyboard and track pad. I travel quite a bit and having the three screens attached to the laptop and then my iPad next to them makes for a great mobile office.

Outstanding product and support
I purchased the S2 Mini online from BestBuy and received it two days earlier than expected.
Since I could not get it to work on my MacBook Air right away, I texted the number and received a call from Amir within minutes. He was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me get it to work. Fantastic guy!
The only problem is my wife saw what a nifty gadget I have and now she wants one as well. I will give her this one and get one that is slightly bigger, the S3 or even the S6!
