Recommended Setup for Best Performance

  • First Screen
    • Connect a full-featured USB-C cable directly from your laptop to the USB-C port on the first screen.
    • No external power is required.
  • Second Screen
    • Connect HDMI from your laptop to the HDMI/DP (typically red-marked) port on the second screen.
    • Use a USB-C cable to supply power to the second screen.

Note: While the second screen may receive power from the laptop, external power is strongly recommended for stable performance.

2. HDMI + Regular USB-C or USB-A

When Your Laptop Does Not Support Thunderbolt USB-C

  • First Screen
    • Connect HDMI from your laptop to the HDMI/DP (typically red-marked) port on the screen.
    • Power the screen using a USB-C cable connected to an external power source (recommended).
  • Powering from laptop is possible but not advised for long sessions.
  • Second Screen

need to have 2 USB port C. otherwise you could only connect one screen with USB Port C hdmi). you need to download usb player but gives you only mirror not extend. i shoub buy new laptop with 2 USB port C .

Excellent portable monitor

Got S6 monitor, works perfect with my Laptop, not for desktop though. Looks very nice and easy to connect (there is a video on the website which is very helpful). So far very happy , hope it last as long as the normal monitor.

Finicky Set-up

First complaint is a web design issue. Submitting a ticket 'should result in a call within 90 min'.... I did *not* look at my email as the website does NOT indicate submitting a ticket will FIRST initiate an email with instructions to get the phone call!?!?! Waited 4 hours and submitted a few requests for a call back... Having watched Amir in the videos numerous times... Finally got a call asking me to check my email - REALLY!?!? Yup the first submission resulted in an email that I Did Not know was coming!!
So...I was able to successfully connect one screen to multiple computers at various times in the past, but found it 'finicky'. In the YouTube videos Amir shows to connect power first to the middle USB-C port on the screen, followed by the 'signal' (HDMI, H-5) to the port ID'd as USB with DP.... when I tried to connect both screens to my Laptop for the first time - I couldn't get the HDMI to work...
Amir was great! when he called and talked me through it... however he told me 'live' that the signal should be connected first, then the power. Was that the issue (unknown - but is works now!)

I purchased S3 for my office directly from them, and S6 for personal use from their store on Best Buy.
S3 was good but unfortunately I had to return it because it was not suitable for my office space as single screen would be working better.

In both purchases, I found them very cooperative and professional. Technician called me for S6 connection was professional knowledgeable and patient.

Game Changer!!!

This screen extender has really changed the game for me at school. Having the ability to look at three screens at the same time has really made things easier instead of having one with 67 tabs open. I do wish the stand was sturdier because it keeps tipping forward. If they created a sturdier stand, I would definitely buy it!
