As a leading Electronic Store in Canada, TUTT proudly offers a 365-day limited warranty on all eligible products, including our bestselling Portable Monitors and other innovative electronics. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under standard usage conditions.

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or water exposure
  • Third-party repairs or unauthorized modifications
  • Regular wear and tear or cosmetic issues
  • Commercial use unless explicitly approved

Warranty Process – Important Notes

  • Timeline: The full warranty process — from receiving your item, manufacturer inspection, to return — may take up to 90 days.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping from Canada to the manufacturer, and from the manufacturer back to Canada, is covered by us.
  • Final Determination: The manufacturer’s decision after inspection is final and must be accepted by all parties.
  • Defect Coverage: If a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed, the manufacturer covers the repair or replacement costs.
  • Information Required: To proceed, please provide detailed issue notes (symptoms, photos/videos if possible). This information is forwarded to the manufacturer’s technicians exactly as received to support assessment.
  • Important: When submitting a warranty claim, your claim package must include a clear description of the issue and, if possible, supporting photos or videos in digital form. These details help the manufacturer’s technician properly identify the problem. Please note that we do not make any changes to the package we receive from you—including the product, your written notes, or documents. The complete package is forwarded directly to the manufacturer for inspection

Customers must submit a claim using the official Warranty Request Form and provide the required documentation. For full claim processing, please retain proof of purchase and any product serial numbers. Return shipping, if needed, is the customer's responsibility.
