1. Warranty Coverage
TUTT Electronics Store provides a limited One Year Warranty on eligible products purchased through our online store. This warranty ensures the product is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
2. What is Covered:
• Defects due to manufacturing or material faults.
• Replacement or repair of defective parts.
• Products that fail under normal usage and conditions as intended by the manufacturer.
3. What is Not Covered
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Wear and tear from normal usage.
• Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or improper installation.
• Products used for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated.
4. Warranty Service Process
To make a warranty claim:
• Contact our customer service team within the warranty period.
• Provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
• Ship the product to our service center if requested. Shipping costs to the service center are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Warranty Remedies
At our discretion, TUTT may:
• Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the product with an equivalent or upgraded model if repairs are not feasible.
Note: We reserve the right to make decisions on the eligibility of the warranty claims, upon receiving and inspecting the products.
6. Transferability and Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage is limited to products purchased and used within Canada and USA.
