The S8Ultra is much better than the earlier ones—it’s lighter, the colors are sharper, and even though it’s made of aluminum, it still feels sturdy. Great product, works really well. Picture quality is top notch, and it really is worth the buy. Its easy to set up and and is portable and small enough to have in your laptop case. All the instructions are provided, but its pretty easy to put it together without following directions lol.

( Imported from Best Buy) All good, second screen didn't work, contact them a technician called, EVENTUALLY after 2 hours. But polite and professional. Sort it out.

I just set up this 14" laptop screen extender and it’s a total game-changer!Super light and easy to attach had it running with my windows in minutes.The picture quality is sharp and bright, perfect for multitasking or streaming.Feels sturdy but slim enough to carry in my laptop bag.Honestly, it makes working on the go feel like having a full office setup.

Fairly true plug-and-play. I clipped it onto my Alienware, ran a single USB-C and the panel lit up in seconds with no drivers, no issue. Text looks really good, colors look the way they should for docs/spreadsheets and YouTube. It feels well made, doesn’t wobble when I type, and the weight doesn’t make the lid droop. Brightness is office-friendly and glare is minor if you tilt it right. Definite recommend from me.

I have grown accustomed to having multiple monitors on my desktop systems so having a way to attach an additional monitor to a laptop peaked my interest.The mounting "frame" fits on my 15" laptop well enough to have the monitor stationary and easy to adjust without it walking away or needing additional surface space to have the monitor. The 15" laptop is running Win11 and it identified the monitor and allowed me to set it up simply and without difficulty.I also experimented with an older 17" laptop which I currently have running Kubuntu (Current LTS Stable) as the OS. Plugging it Kubuntu found and installed the monitor simply and I was able to set up how I was viewing without difficulty. This is not the system I plan to use the extender with, particularly since the frame wouldn't fit the 17" monitor size. I was looking to see if it would be friendly on a Linux system and it was.A note for using with a laptop is in portable/battery mode you are going to be cooking through your battery much faster with an added monitor. If you can plug in for use or regularly it runs for quite a while before eating down the battery. This will vary with your system. On my 15" the monitor was close to the draw of the initial monitor. On my 17" the monitor draw was appreciably less then the standard monitor draw. So each will be different, but it will add substantial battery drain.

Best travel monitor ever

As I work from home, I have a great setup with multiple screens but when I travel my productivity decreases working on only 1 screen.This solves everything, comes with usb-c, it’s bright, light and gets me back to productivity.I love the case for travel.They think of everything, when it comes to set up, to the stand in the back, and how it can fold over. Game changer for travel work.
