Purchased multiple items through their website and on Best Buy also participated on Reviewer program. I am very happy with their product and service. Sama the store manager is very kind and generous.

Barely give 5 but it’s a good fit for my work station. Using one screen as portrait for long documents n coding easily switching to other screens,

Hint: contacted support and someone called very patient and helped me fur H5 cable and driver installation ac my laptop doesn’t have Thunderbolt.

Slim and classy. Not using that much technology but it feels good

On my purchase estimate delivery was not fulfilled. Camcorder is fine

NOTE: it’s not a professional camcorder. I use it for family events can’t edit video on camcorder for my advertising purposes

Can connect with HDMI to my TV and use as camera for live streaming which is a good feature

For monitor connections I requested support a gentleman video called same day and walk me through.

Purchased for work. My company doesn’t allow external drivers. I had to return it.

I tried on my laptop, apart from driver requirements, it’s nice as the screen rotates.

Good customer service to accept it.

With a full USB-C n HDMI no driver installed on my Dell laptop.

Resolution: acceptable ( not recommended for gaming as my sun complaint)

Portrait mode is great for my long documents to have all in one page.

Overall no complaints

Compared with S6 ( purchased last year) for office use.
- it doesn’t have speaker S6 has ( ok for office and workstation not personal use for playing music)
- not many choice in market when 3 additional screens are needed
- my S6 is my favourite but 2 cables are required this one is single canble

Is it perfect: no there are many upgrades can be done. Most importantly speaker integration.

NOTE: technician was contacted for driver installation, he is polite and patient.

Recommended for people looking for versatile and easy to carry monitor
