In response to recent changes in international trade regulations, including tariff adjustments in the United States and customs challenges in the EU and UK, we are actively transitioning our international shipments to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This ensures that customers outside of Canada can now receive their orders with all taxes and duties prepaid, eliminating customs delays and hidden fees at delivery.
We are also expanding our reach through improved infrastructure, including the implementation of new fulfillment centres in Europe and refined processes to simplify the cross-border shopping experience for all TUTT and SNIPA customers.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is a global shipping method where the seller—TUTT Store—takes full responsibility for delivering the item directly to the customer, including all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. This means the buyer pays everything up front and receives their package without any surprise charges or border delays.

In contrast, under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or DAP (Delivered At Place), the customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes when the shipment arrives. This often leads to delays, extra paperwork, and unexpected costs.

The HS Code (Harmonized System Code) is a standardized international system developed by the World Customs Organization (WCO) to classify traded products.

We began implementing DDP in mid-2025, and it is now fully operational for many of our most active international destinations. When a customer outside of Canada places an order on tutt.world, the system automatically applies duties and taxes during checkout.
As of September 2025, most shipments to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom are fully DDP-compliant. In the coming weeks, we will extend DDP support to all remaining countries within our shipping zones.
At TUTT Store, we have been carefully evaluating the possibility of establishing a dedicated fulfilment hub in the United Kingdom. This consideration is part of our broader effort to improve delivery efficiency, reduce shipping costs, and enhance the post-purchase experience for our UK and European customers.
Over the past several months, we have reviewed multiple logistics options and assessed various regions in the UK to identify the most strategic location for our warehousing and distribution operations. Two leading candidates have emerged, and we are now in the final stages of confirming our decision.
Barring any final adjustments, we expect to establish a fulfilment and storage base in Birmingham, UK. This location offers logistical advantages in terms of domestic shipping coverage across the United Kingdom and proximity to key European destinations.

Since 2019, TUTT has maintained an active presence on Amazon Canada and the United States, primarily serving North American markets with our key product lines. As part of our broader international expansion strategy, we have now initiated entry into select European Amazon marketplaces and the United Kingdom.
Our initial focus is on our best-selling category: Portable Monitors and Laptop Screen Extenders. We are currently finalizing product preparation and inventory allocation to Amazon Fulfilment Centres (FBA) across the EU and UK regions. This ensures that all customer orders will be processed directly by Amazon’s fulfilment system in each local market, enabling faster delivery and localized support.
