The Screen shows “No Signal “
This issue arises when the TYPE-C port of your laptop lacks full features, specifically the capability to transfer video signals and power simultaneously. Using H5 Cable will solve the problem.
Is my laptop USB-C Full-Featured?

Screen quality is ok, wireless connection doesn’t work at all
In selecting a portable monitor, I wanted touch screen and wireless capability for use with MacBook Pro. The touch screen functionality is fine, though limited to USB-C connection which is fine. However, I was surprised that the wireless functionality required transmitter and receiver dongles between computer and monitor. TUTT provided these, but they refuse to pair, so I am limited to cabled use, which misses one of my two required features. Pretty unhappy with this purchase as a result.
