Upcoming U.S. Tariffs & Section 321 Uncertainty

The 30-day pause on tariffs is not expected to be extended, meaning tariffs will likely take effect on March 4 for goods entering the U.S. from Canada.

However, it remains unclear whether Section 321 (de minimis program) will be impacted. We are actively working with U.S. Customs (CBP) and our customs brokers to get clarity. As soon as we have confirmed information, we will update our customers.

To ensure uninterrupted shipping, we have now launched Canada Post DDU (Duty Delivery Unpaid) shipping across all U.S. regions!

This means your orders will continue to be delivered, regardless of upcoming tariff changes.

How Canada Post DDU Works:

✔ If tariffs are implemented – Duties & taxes will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

✔ If tariffs are not implemented – Shipments will clear under Section 321 as usual, meaning no duties/taxes for the customer and no extra charges.
