Every Order is Inspected and Documented by TUTT Before Shipping
At TUTT, we are committed to a secure and transparent return process. Every product is thoroughly inspected and photographed before leaving our Ontario facility. This applies to all items, regardless of value. For orders over $200 CAD — including laptops, portable monitors, and camcorders — we perform enhanced inspections, including video documentation and accessory validation. All records are archived for 3 months for verification, fraud prevention, and shipping claims.
- • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, inserts, accessories, and protective films intact.
- • Items must not show any signs of wear, activation, syncing, pairing, personalization, or modification.
- • Opened Micro SD cards, in-ear products, hygiene wearables, and digital gift cards are non-refundable.
- • Damage or defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.
- • Items used beyond initial testing are not refundable and are instead handled under our Warranty Policy.
- • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of original purchase using the original order email.
Important: All returned items that do not comply with our Return Policy may be either rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Final determination is made solely by the TUTT Technical Team based on our pre-shipment documentation and internal verification standards.
