Shipping Update: Ensuring Continuity Amid Canada Post Uncertainty

In light of recent developments concerning Canada Post’s ongoing union negotiations, and growing structural challenges reported by CTV News and Global News, TUTT Electronics has implemented proactive shipping measures to protect the customer experience.

To eliminate delays and maintain reliable service, we are temporarily shifting our logistics infrastructure away from Canada Post until further notice. The following steps are now in effect:

  • All Canadian shipments are being rerouted through reliable private carriers such as Stallion Express and equivalent partners.
  • U.S.-bound orders are now fulfilled via global logistics providers such as UPS.
  • These changes remain in place until Canada Post operations are confirmed stable and strike risks are resolved.

As a Canadian brand serving nationwide and cross-border customers, we understand the importance of fast and trackable shipping—especially for sensitive electronics like smart watches, wearable tech, and portable displays.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will notify our customers of any long-term adjustments. Until then, you can shop confidently knowing TUTT has adapted its logistics model to keep your orders moving smoothly.

At TUTT, we know that exceptional products deserve exceptional presentation. That’s why we’re proud to announce our newly developed branded shipping boxes, exclusively designed by Good Dragons®—a Canadian creative operating division under Takcan Inc..

Good Dragons® is officially registered in Canada, recognized by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), and developed with pride as a functional extension of the TUTT™ and SNIPA™ brands.

This packaging is more than a box—it’s a declaration of what we believe in:

  • That customer experience extends far beyond the product.
  • That good design builds brand trust.
  • That our responsibility as a Canadian company includes bilingual presentation and quality.

The latest version of our packaging measures 8" x 8" x 8", perfectly tailored for mid-sized electronics such as camcorders, cameras, and similarly sized products. Smaller items—like smartwatches and wearables—continue shipping in our trusted compact packaging used for years. Larger products such as portable monitors are packed using dedicated full-sized protective cartons.

Each new box features a bilingual format:

We believe returns should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. That’s why we’ve launched a new self-serve return request portal, allowing customers to initiate returns directly through our site—without emails, calls, or delays.

Whether you're returning a smart watch, camera, or portable monitor, you can now access a streamlined form at any time. Just enter your order details and reason for return, and our team will review it within 24 hours.

Our goal is to empower customers with faster control over their post-purchase journey. Whether you need to return a gift, report a shipping issue, or request warranty service, our return system is now as seamless as your shopping experience.

Purchased from Best Buy or Walmart?

If you purchased your TUTT product through a third-party marketplace such as Best Buy Canada or Walmart Canada, please submit your return request directly through that platform. Since the transaction was completed within their system, we cannot process returns through our own website.

Coming Soon: TUTT S788 Quad Screen Portable Monitor – June 1 Launch

TUTT is proud to announce the upcoming launch of five new portable monitors across all major formats: single-screen, dual-screen, and quad-screen extenders.
