The ac mode drains the battery like crazy but besides that works very well keeps you very cool

Set up easy, open box, remove screens, then plug in, give time for the upload, then screens work well.
Simple set up.

Purchased on Best Buy, 5 pcs for business. Support line was helpful here.

J’ai acheté cette montre GPS il y a environ 3 mois sur le site Best Buy chez la boutique TUTT. Je travaille dans la construction et la rénovation, donc il me fallait quelque chose de solide. Elle a bien résisté aux chocs, aucune rayure malgré les coups.

L’autonomie est très bonne. En mode économie d’énergie, elle tenait facilement plus de 10 jours. Quand le bracelet a cassé, j’ai contacté leur service via le site, et ils m’en ont envoyé un nouveau gratuitement.

Franchement, très satisfait. Solide et service client au top.

Got S6 monitor, works perfect with my Laptop, not for desktop though. Looks very nice and easy to connect (there is a video on the website which is very helpful). So far very happy , hope it last as long as the normal monitor.

My second purchase from their store for work. No driver installation required. (good for company laptop not able to install external driver)

First complaint is a web design issue. Submitting a ticket 'should result in a call within 90 min'.... I did *not* look at my email as the website does NOT indicate submitting a ticket will FIRST initiate an email with instructions to get the phone call!?!?! Waited 4 hours and submitted a few requests for a call back... Having watched Amir in the videos numerous times... Finally got a call asking me to check my email - REALLY!?!? Yup the first submission resulted in an email that I Did Not know was coming!!
So...I was able to successfully connect one screen to multiple computers at various times in the past, but found it 'finicky'. In the YouTube videos Amir shows to connect power first to the middle USB-C port on the screen, followed by the 'signal' (HDMI, H-5) to the port ID'd as USB with DP.... when I tried to connect both screens to my Laptop for the first time - I couldn't get the HDMI to work...
Amir was great! when he called and talked me through it... however he told me 'live' that the signal should be connected first, then the power. Was that the issue (unknown - but is works now!)

Ordered the frame on Best Buy, received support on their website. it arrived within a few days. Took me a little time to figure out how to use it. It doesn't let you group photo's by type in different filed, though you can get around this with reading from external SD card or USB stick. I don't like the fact you have to pay an annual fee for the Frameo app to transfer files from your phone etc, but it's easy to save to your computer and transfer by a cable connection ! Picture quality is good

Purchased from Best Buy, Couldn’t connect second screen, Technician support ( on their website) was patient and polite. Figure out in 2min.
Nice packaging and great user manual.
Overall recommended.
Note: you may need to install the driver.
