At TUTT™, Open Box refers to items that meet one or more of the following conditions:

• Customer Returns under our strict return policy: Products that were returned because the customer changed their mind—not due to defects. These are unused, may have been briefly opened or powered on for inspection only.
• Internal Use Products: Items opened by our team for photography, videography, or short-term marketing display purposes—not sold as new afterward.
• Packaging Variants: Items that may have slight wear to the box or missing non-essential in-box fillers due to previous opening, but the product and all core accessories are fully intact and functional.

Open Box Standards
